Nakba Day Screening: No Other Land

May 15 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

May 15, 2025 marks 77 years since the start of the Nakba.

The Nakba, meaning catastrophe, refers to the beginning of the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from their lands in 1948.

Thousands of Palestinians were killed, hundreds of villages were destroyed, and 80% of Palestinians forcibly expelled from their homeland.

The Nakba continues today as we see Palestinians ethnically cleansed from occupied Jerusalem, occupied Gaza, and much of the occupied West Bank, including Masafer Yatta where No Other Land takes place.

This Oscar-winning documentary released 2024 introduces the audience to the constant threat of demolition and expulsion Palestinians face by Israeli Occupation Forces.

Join us on Nakba Day, Thurs 5/15.
Doors open at 6pm, screening starts at 6:30.
Community discussion will follow.

$5 suggested donation collected at the door.

See y’all there! Bring a friend.
